Day #1

Padel foundations and flow

Arrive to the retreat at 2pm and step into your luxury escape in Hout Bay. Unpack, explore the villa, and meet your new crew with a smoothie in hand.

Go for a dip, showcase your padel skills or just take the time to soak in the surroundings during your free afternoon.

As golden hour rolls in, we’ll stretch it out with a guided recovery session, followed by our first meal as a team; a traditional South African braai. What else?

Day #2

Welcome to Cape Town

After fresh fruits, juices and a continental breakfast at the villa, we'll kick off our first full day with a morning padel session at Cape Town's premier padel club; The Glen.

Led by a professional padel coach. the focus will be on foundations, footwork, positioning, and shot selection.. if the mountain and ocean views aren't too distracting!

A chef prepared lunch awaits back at the villa, followed by free time to explore Hout Bay, hit the beach, or lace up and get back out on your own private padel court.

We'll bring the evening to a close with a chef prepared evening meal.

Day #3

Time to Conquer Cape Town

After an early breakfast, we’ll set out to explore the best of the Mother City- starting at the iconic Table Mountain. From there, enjoy a boat cruise to Seal Island before winding your way along the breathtaking Chapman’s Peak Drive.

We’ll pause in Noordhoek Village for refreshments, then continue on to greet the famous penguins at Boulders Beach. Once we’ve enjoyed lunch in Simonstown, the day winds down beautifully with a wine-tasting experience in the scenic Constantia region.

Back at the villa, we'll end the day with some pizza making.

Day #4

Relax & Restore

After breakfast, we'll head to another one of Cape Town's spectacular padel clubs; The Bay. More mountains, more palm trees and more padel. A professional coach will lead the session, focussing on in game scenarios- followed by some competitive, but fun matches, to put the coaching into practise. 

The ice baths await back at the villa, the perfect tonic for weary legs- who has the stamina to last the longest? 

After a chef prepared evening meal, we'll settle in for a movie night, with popcorn, wine and relaxed vibes.

Day #5

Wine not?

We’ll be trading padels for wine glasses as we set off for a full day on the Franschhoek Wine Tram.

Gliding through the famed Franschhoek Valley and hopping from one celebrated wine estate to the next, the only decisions you’ll make today are simple: red, white, or rosé.

After a day of exploring the vineyards, our final chef-prepared evening meal will be waiting for us back at the retreat.

Day #6

Kayaks, plunge and padel

Floating along the water with dolphins, seals and other marine life? Happy days! Once the kayaks are pulled ashore and breakfast smoothies are in hand, we’ll stroll along the coast for an invigorating cold plunge at Saunders Rock.

A chef prepared lunch awaits back at the retreat, with time to spend as you please before lacing up the trainers again and hitting Claremont padel club for a professionally led afternoon session.


After soaking in the clubhouse vibe at Claremont, we'll return to the villa for a chef prepared meal.

Day #7

Mountains & more

Up and out before the sun rises, we begin our ascent of Lion’s Head. Tracing the winding trail around this iconic peak, with each turn revealing a new perspective. We’ll reach the summit just in time to watch Cape Town shift from darkness into dawn, a sunrise you won’t soon forget.

A nourishing breakfast awaits us back at the retreat, followed by a leisurely morning to rest and recharge at your own pace after the early start.


After lunch, we'll switch things up and head to Racket and Ball on Bree street- an indoor club, of the highest standard. Working on everything we've learnt throughout the week, the professional coach will have you match ready for end of retreat tournament.

Your 9 day itinerary

Day #8

The final showdown

After breakfast we'll return to The Glen, for our final professionally led padel session. With the time split between some coaching tips and an end of retreat tournament in order to crown the kings or queens of the court!

With beaches a plenty, mountains, or maybe even some shopping at the V&A- the afternoon is to spend as you please.

We'll round off our final evening together at Kloof Street House- the perfect setting to toast to new friends and an unforgettable week Conquering Cape Town, both on and off the court.

It's not goodbye, it's see you again

After your final breakfast, the morning is yours to spend as you wish. Take a dip, soak up some sun or hit the court for the final time.
